I’m Kat Medina, a social media strategist and creative based in Houston. I work mostly with food and hospitality brands, but I also partner with businesses that want content with personality and a clear point of view.

My background is hands on. I’ve worked in kitchens, managed fast paced social accounts, traveled for pop ups and events, and helped brands grow from small ideas into something people recognize. That experience shapes how I approach content. It should feel real, look good, and actually connect with people.

I’m especially drawn to brands that care about experience. Restaurants, concepts, launches, events, and anything that brings people together. I like building the voice, shaping the visuals, and creating content that feels like you’re there.

Outside of work, I’m usually traveling, testing new recipes, or at a concert. A lot of my inspiration comes from those moments. New cities, great meals, crowded venues, and the energy around them. That influence shows up in the way I think about brand storytelling.
